at each company he only works 8-9 months, obviously due to each is contract job, but he claims on resume as 'Sr Oracle DBA' and thus asking more salary, also he give reason that 'company doesn't allow me work longer period' for his frequent job switching, it triggered funny laugh from all of us in my team, so he didn't get into our  group!

Indians in IT have more with longer resume like that!
