salary level/data is up for 2013, so you can have idea what salary for different IT position.
In U.S, LaoTu is right that data anaylst and BI develope is more compared other IT position which is around 7%-10% salary raising up. The 2nd is ERP/application developer/analyst which is 5-6%.
And lead ERP developer salary is the same as normal BI developer. But from my thinking, BI develope is more easier than ERP developer...
