Are you interested in being "school principal"? i noticed that you have management background, are interested in communication and education.

As I mentioned previously, all the jobs in education (esp, K-12) are somewhat related to politics. School principal helps kids step onto their career. The job requires a lot of communication skills. Advantages: (1) the income is better, (2) If you are capable, your American co-workers will respect you.

   Not sure if you can find meanings in this type of job. You might want to get PhD from educational leadership department.
