You need to find out why you failed on your interviews. I have interviewed people so many times in the past. It could be the following reasons when we didnt hire someone. 1. Personality, this person doesnt sound interesting. We can't picture to have him on the team. 2. He/she didnt answer the technical questions right (more than one mistake. He/She tries to give an apparently wrong answer. Basically she/he tries to make it up even though she/he knows nothing about it. The workaround here is i am not familar with this area but myy educated guess would be...)3. communication skills (Is his/her English hard to understand?)4. you may feel like everybody likes you in the interview but you still fail. That is becauses we found someone else we like more. 5. sometimes 4 out of 5 interviewers like you but one doesnt like you and that one is the manager. So find out who is the manager during interview and try to impress him/her.
