BI 這個職業

現在很火，找人很難。我們組兩個openning 找了半年，找不到合適的。現在連我自己都走了，就三個了。。。

但是這行入行起點蠻高的。一般都喜歡找有經驗的。新手來了做啥呢？ETL?
