I have a lot of experience in my field, and do all the projects people in my groupe including the boss have no idea what to do, so I expect good raise and promotion. I don't want people think he favors me since he doesn't go out for lunch with anyone in our group, that's the reason I refuse to go.

He kept asking me out for lunch amny times, nearly every time I have to talk with him about work, later on he asked me if I want to be a manager, I just feel somthing is not right. Then he said I'll someday, I take it as a threat. I have never met someone as dirty, gross as him, I have know idea how to deal with this ren1 zha1.I was thinking he will understand nothing will happen with time. It's 10 month, it affacts my life, i can  not sleep well, I got sick. I want to do something now.
