我的manager很mean，現在同一公司其他個部門有個職位，那個部門同意要我

我還沒有和現在的manager說

向大家請教， 現在的老板有權力阻擾我過去嗎？ 他不同意， 我能過去嗎？如果阻擾，我能做什麽？現在的老板很壞，在他手下幹我快要崩潰了，很想離開他的部門，大家快給我出些主意，謝謝了
