2)他的升遷可能不是他politics skill,而是因為CEO knows him well, and appreciate his
personality, judgement, and technical skill set.
3)他升你,更可能是他指望你幫他做出成績來.
要知道,和人聊那麽十幾分鍾,大概可以判斷出來該人思路清不清,
communication skill 怎麽樣, technical level, solution-oriented or not...
而,一般老中肯幹是個default.
他可能不care your leadership skill.
