剛工作幾個禮拜,想要辭職,但簽了Noncompete Agreement..

實在沒法在這個小公司做下去了,跟俺的principle嚴重衝突,決定走人,

1.如何遞辭呈?必須當麵嗎? is email ok?

2.簽了Noncompete Agreement.以後找工作有影響嗎?
