Buyer herby states that these devices will not be used / involved in Chemical and Biological Weapons, Missile Technology or nuclear activities. Any entity found on the Entity list, the Denied Persons List, the Specially Designated Nationals, Specially Designated Global Terrorist list or the Unverified End User list may also be restricted from receiving U.S. Origin goods. It is also not appropriate to export to Embargoed countries (EAR PART 740 Supplement 1). It is your responsibility to check these lists and take appropriate action.
