You can never win if you fight with boss

Remember, here is USA, if you want justice from boss, you are unreasonable. Because you will never win. I always say to my friends, USA has much less freedom than in China.  You can;t even raise your voice when you are mistreated.  So next time, if you feel being treated unfairly, find another job and Bye-Bye happily, don't never try to find any justice.  The best thing to punish them is quit with smile at the right time to make some mess for the boss.
