大家更看重base salary, 還是 total comp?

如果有兩個 offer, 一個$100K base + 40% bonus, 一個$120K + 20% bonus, 其它條件(公司大小福利地點等等)都差不多的情況下, 大家選哪個? 在現公司呆的有點煩,想跳槽可是total comp 又沒長多少,糾結中....
