Hate to say this, but you are pretty low on the priority list,

this interview may be THE most important thing in your life now, but it's just one task to the managers and they are not obligated to give you a yes or no response.

It might be better for you to work with recruiters, as you can keep pushing them to follow up and they ARE obligated to give you an answer:))
