I think I already gave CEO face for staying in company from the first resign. I sent CEO email and gave my true reason why I resign from there, he knew my situation. No people can work under this situation, two middle manager fighting against each other, and fellow wrong technical direction and result is here - TST box crashed by VAR leader developer, UAT was killed by this manager, and I survived STAGE box for this 1.5 million ERP project. And I didn't do anything wrong but instead of pointint out the problem at very earlier stage.
Today I still saw my manager was trying to pull some SQL data from UAT which he killed. Right now VAR make his fault as excuse for delaying, he even doesn't have that time to think about how to use my last month/time to make transaction. Now he didn't even dare to enter into my room. He has to deal with his own trouble now...
