回複：故事很長也很無奈

馬上去人事處說，你要 file a complaint，他們會給你一個表格。添好。越快越好，這樣對你有力。政府的工作不輕言丟棄。你filed a complaint後, 他們不會輕易fire you..尤其是政府部門，最怕員工告報複 (retaliation)，告報複是很容易贏得。
