在政府幹你還怕什麽,他們解雇人不是那麽容易的.我那兒有個滾刀肉,

已經警告好幾次了,還混著呢.對不起,我中文打得太費勁,換英文了.

Here are my suggestions, of course without knowing details: 1). Talk to the Personnel Department. Tell them what you think has happened so far, and ask them what options you have at this moment. Dont ever bad mouth about your coworker and your boss. Just tell them that there might have been some miscommunication and misunderstanding. 2). Ask the coworker and the boss if they would like to meet with you and have a progessional conversation. Ask for their stories and their expectations. 3). If you have not already, start documenting everything, every interation, every conversation, with date and time and follow up if any. At the end, whoever has the most evidence tends to win out.

I think you should try to avoid legal confrontation if at all possible. If you could turn this around, everyone would look good in the end. Then of course, if you dont care about this job, just leave.
