幫老公問一下，已經接受offer，但是如果physical 和functional test不過會怎麽樣？

我就是好奇，他已經簽約接受offer，但是6月4號要接受physical test，通過後要接受functional test，這個因為我老公有傷，我擔心他可能過不了。（他已經辭職，明天就是現在職位的最後一天了。）

所以我就很好奇，如果他過不了這些test新公司會怎麽處理呢？不要他了還是想辦法找別的位置給他？
