you should look for a new job

I had similar situation years ago. someone suggested me to look for a new job, but I thought I could make things better between my boss and me if I work harder. well, that didn't happen.

if you sensed that she didn't like you, you should look for other job or transfer to other department in your company. 

I learned my lesson the hard way, which is: if someone doesn't like you, she can always find something wrong even you did it right. 

I got along with my customers and co-workers very well, but my boss almost had me fired at the end.

sometimes, people just don't get along with each other, no matter how hard you try.
