有沒有高人介紹一下IT Services Coordinator

最近本人失業在家有人介紹一份工作，馬上要麵試，我有五年國內網絡公司網頁製作經驗。但這家老牌IT公司的Services Coordinator 職位我一點經驗也沒有。但介紹人說他老板看了我的簡曆說可以麵試沒有經驗可以培訓。所以我想問一問這裏的高人什麽是： CIRATs, RCA DBs, MS Office or Lotus Suite, eESM, Maximo, Remedy, Impact, HP OpenView, HP Service Center, CPMA, Peregrin？？在哪可以找到這些學習的軟件？謝謝好心人

這裏是他們的要求：

Required
At least 2 years experience in Problem mgmt and/or change mgmt process, reporting and oversight. At least 2 years experience in At least one or more of the following: problem or change mgmt tools, CIRATs, RCA DBs, MS Office or Lotus Suite, eESM, Maximo, Remedy, Impact, HP OpenView, HP Service Center, CPMA, Peregrin. . Basic knowledge in process architect or process design writing
Preferred
Associate's Degree/College Diploma in Information Technology At least 3 years experience in Problem mgmt and/or change mgmt process, reporting and oversight. At least 3 years experience in At least one or more of the following: problem or change mgmt tools, CIRATs, RCA DBs, MS Office or Lotus Suite, eESM, Maximo, Remedy, Impact, HP OpenView, HP Service Center, CPMA, Peregrin. . At least 1 year experience in process architect or process design writing Basic knowledge in Lean Methodologies Basic knowledge in Maximo tool
