XXX, I am looking for a replacement for me in China. The business has grown so much that it needs someone's full time attention. Do you know anyone that could step into that job and manage our Wuxi operation? Typically it would be a mid-level person at xx company, they would be the general manager for our Wuxi operation.
I am also hiring a manufacturing manager in Michigan. Same here, mid-level guy at xx company that will be a senior manager at this post as part of the executive management team reporting to me. Maybe you know someone?
