最好在review your performance 以後問的,
但,問法是不一樣的:
1) 問問他對我有什麽不滿意的地方===>should be
"which areas can I improve?"
"what are my strengths and my gaps?"
"how can you or management help improve?"
"what is the tangible plan for me to improve?"
2) "我自己在組裏的difficult situation. 我的工作為什麽得不到appreciate?"
"what are my strengths?"
"what are my achivements?"
3) "為什麽給小印獎金, 沒有給我?" 不能這樣問
what are the metrics for bonus?
what are the processes for promotion...?
how can you help me to achieve that?
