Please never fight with anybody in your work unit. It will hurt you a lot even if you could win. The best way is thinking big and deep and treating everyone nicely. You would lose something, of course, seemingly. However, you will get something in the long run and benefit a lot too.
Please remember, the best way to defeat your enemy is to contain them, not to fight them. By the first way you can make enemy a friend. By the second way you will get more enemy.
Under your situation, I believe, the best way is to do the best to finish your work and help the other people as you can. Don't bother what you get or what you lose. It seems that you are stipud. However, in reality, you ar not stupid, you are smarter than anyone. If you do your best in your work and smile every day to everyone, you still can not get good reward, you have two choices.
One, if you think the company is good enought for you to keep working there, the position and the salary is good enough for you to maintain, it is very hard for you to find a new position in new company, what you have to do is to manage to keep your patience and your faith. As long as the time goes, something will always happen to help you work out.
Two, if you don't have any worries if you just go away and find a new position, you just please do it.
