我想工作中磕磕碰碰的事誰都碰到過。有時有點氣不過也很正常。至於經常給小鞋穿，一是自己注意，二是多考慮一下。另外找頭兒談談，你要是感覺到他/她不願幫你，那最好就找另一個公司吧，因為你在這家公司的前途已經結束了。公司內部換組，實際上比你想象的難得多。重要的是，把在這家公司的經曆/經驗，用在下一個工作上。

I don't see the point to get depressed. Why don't you think it in another way - another day, another doallr. Your boss shall get depressed if you are idle. Not to worry.
