理由是:

1)錢多,

2) life style 不錯在北卡,

3)其實,很重要的是你的工作方向.

"做的跟operations, technology, 以及strategy有關",

operations很重要, 是bank 的core business part!

strategy and planning 是很多機會 interact with big bosses.

至於technology:  銀行的core business 是finance, 而不是開發technology,

technology 是它的非主流東西,用於support its core business.
