Chinese never really help other Chinese in company.  They even hate to see some Chinese fellows are better than themselves.  It's funny some Chinese always find their failure's excuse from Indians.  I don't really like Indians either.  But, come on, we got to find out what's wrong with ourselves first and start from ourselves.   When you become a manager, have you tried to expand our Chinese's group ?  Have you ever gossipped about another Chinese fellow ?  Have you ever told your Chinese friend that somebody(another Chinese) is actually not good in somthing blah blah.  I have seen toooo many such Chinese everywhere.  They talk negative things about other Chinese fellows.  In their heart they never respect other Chinese fellows , or never want to admit other Chinese are better than themselves.  In the end they can't succeed and then they start blaming Indians.  That's typical loser attitude.
