遇到了頭疼的事,請大家支招。
簡單介紹一下情況:
我和女士B在同一部門工作,但職能不同,專業背景也不同。我們本是同事關係,B的級別比我高一級。B 和我一起合作過不少項目,她主試驗,我主分析。合作一直比較愉快。B 一直對我的分析這塊很感興趣,我也教了她不少這方麵的知識,滿足了她的興趣,也減少了我的一點工作,她和她的組員因此能做一些簡單的分析。
我的工作在我們公司比較特殊,一直隻有我一人負責這個領域。工作職能很明確,任務也一直很穩定。隻是公司因為經費的原因,一直沒有再多招人,所以我一直是混編在別的大組裏。今年,我們部門進行了結構調整,我不再匯報給原來我和B共同的部門經理A(A覺得她有太多的人直接回報給她,太忙), 而是匯報給B 女士。B 女士依然匯報給部門經理A.
B 一直對我的分析這塊很感興趣, 以前隻是問問,在我時間許可的時候學些我願意教的東西。現在變成了我的直接領導,變成經常定專門的時間了解我的項目,讓我深入地教她。B 一直覺得她的工作不太安全,職能不夠專業,別的組也能做,可以被替代。所以老想學我的這 塊 to Increase her job security.
部門經理A 去年布置給我一個研究方向,It is a very interesting and promising area. I spent a lot of time on exploration and researching on it, and figured something out. B has been trying to get involved in this project too but couldn’t since we were different functions before. And that was my job assignment. But now things are different, she is my boss. She can ask me to share everything I have been doing with her, and explain to her, and teach her, with “Valid” reason. I really hate this.
My question is: how should I turn around this difficult situation, Appreciate any inputs, comments, and suggestions.
