But you should not work as a slave and doing jobs which needs a whole team. You need to:
1. Start looking for a new job, with much better support;
2. Can you handle a team of DBAs and IT guys, e.g. enjoying being a manager? Move up!
3. Job and money is not every thing. Do you have family? Kids? or you are too young for that? Try enjoy life.
