她很想在醫院找一個穩定的職位。 但她沒有醫生執照。
-- Exactly, many people want to do that. But can't.
請問她的這種背景，醫院或者相關臨床機構裏有沒有合適的職位？謝謝！

-- Or, change ourself, gain marketable skill, find a better job with better pay.
-- Yes, it is doable.
-- None of us was born as a Bio Post-doc, for some reason we become a Bio Post-doc now. It doesn't mean we have to continue on that for rest of our life.
