Yes, I know what you mean, I should not sumbit my resume twice for same position.

but in my situation, The job descriptions is the same. But I am not sure it means the same position.  The difference is 

1) working as a "contractor" through a consulting company, who supply contractor to the BIG company. 

or 

2) working as "full time"  employee in BIG company.
