Thanks for all replys! Sorry I can't type Chinese on my working

the agent this morning and she already forwarded the application to new company's HR. So it's too late to change everything. I told the agent that I was a little worry about that I filled out my current salary and supervisor's name, but she said that she already talked with my future boss about my current pay right after interview, so they already knew it before giving me the offer, I accepted the offer throuhg the phone last week, then she told me the date and time to go to new company. She said that the HR just file the application for their formality reason. I told the agent that I can start the new job after 2 weeks, I think that's why they set that date, but I didn't expect the delayed offer letter. I should've given myself more time when she asked me. Now I have to postpone the time to inform my current boss about my resignation. I know it's not good, but I have no choice, hopefully, they won't blame me about it.
