One way is to file sexual harassment but not recommended unless you were forced without other opinions. One of my previous managers filed one case so she got what she wanted but people all suspected it is real or not. None of her male bosses would like to sit with her alone in a room if they don't have to so I know that her boss has been giving her performance review over phone. Good luck!
