I haven't heard MBA grad from top school with base salary < 100k.
IB base salary is only 100K the first year. Bonus varies depends on the market.
You need to think twice if your only reason is 200K + salary. It's a high stress, high risk job. IB work 100+ hours per week, sales and trading gets fired pretty frequently.
You really need to love the job to last in this profession, otherwise you won't even get through the summer internship program (that is, if you were able to fake your way into it) - that's the worse scenario - then you won't get a full time offer, and other investment banks won't hire you, and you end up with a corp finance job probably with an employer similar to your current company.
Full time MBA is a big gamble.
