Short term Disablity insurance 每個員工都有,在工資單裏扣除的,所以當員工生病或者生孩子的時時候,就可以用到這個保險. 而long term disability and family medical leave insurance 是公司sponsor 的保險, 不是員工想買就可以買的. 一般的公司都有為本員工購買long term disability, 但是family medial leave insurance是公司願意推行而員工必須自己掏錢的保險.
