Obviously she doesn't like you and treats you unfairly. I

would recommend:

1. Start looking for a new job, hopefully you get an offer soon

2. at the same time, schedule a skip level meeting with your boss' boss,  lay out all the unfair treatments that you've got (hopefully you have documented), better yet, get your previous boss to back you up 

3. schedule a meeting with HR (if you don't intend to stay, simply meet them at your exit interview)

You've done nothing wrong and you should keep your head up high, Good luck!
