10% is not worth the move, plus if you are comfortable on

your current job. Not sure about the Green card thing.

Anyways, sounds like you are in the early stage of your career, I just want to let you know that it might be detrimental to your future career advancement. For example, when we hire people, we definitely don't look at those who can't stay on their jobs (less than 2 years on one position).
