那個說我現在工資超過他們的budget, 有給我電話了

這整個談工資就像一個小孩的遊戲。前麵是vp和我談，我告訴他我現在的工資，他說“even not close,bla bla,  you'd better survive there”非常的不友好，我不知道如何回答。掛電話，bye bye

今天上午，換了一個女的給我電話，說是HR，當她說她的公司名字，沒有聽得清楚，我以為其他的公司，

然後說是談2分鍾，大概問了一下我現在做什麽，就問我工資，我說：what is your budget?

She: I don't have budget at hand now (what? abnormal ).

I: please give me a fair offter to match my experience and skills in the range of this job. I also consider the lower salary than my current, because of the bad economy.

She: right, if we are interested in you, I will call you back.

然後，我查她的電話，認為就是同一家公司
