From day one, our company tells all new employees that communication made on company properties (phone, Blackberry, computer, etc.) are belong to the company. All you type on compuner may berecorded, all conversations on company phone lines may be recorded and monitored. All Facebook postings may be screen captured .... .... So company HR kindly suggest us not to do any personal financial planning and onling shopping when using company issued equipment. If you do, your banking accounts, passwords, how much you own, spend on what items, may all be stored in company archives, even if you hit Delete key, they are not truely deleted from company server. Any postings on Internet may not be helpful when decision made by company not in individual's favor.
