請給些指點

我因cover another teammate who was on vacation 時,出了個錯,造成損失,被terminated.類似錯誤我們組別人也有過,但損失沒這麽大,當事人也未被處理. 聽說另外的部門幾個月前有更大損失,但是當事人沒有terminated.
我不知是否應該告公司,有多大勝算,是否值得,請給些指點.
