我近幾年的工作strategy.幫看看,有沒有更好的建議?

公司經濟有問題.大裁員後開始評估今年的工作業績了.傻子也知道沒什麽漲工資的空間.估計這種狀況會持續若幹年.

我準備這若幹年deliver:
工作效率=中上
工作表現=中上
工作態度=積極

還有什麽辦法?請多指教.
