在家帶孩子，職業有GAP。最重要的是心態，想工作又沒有勇氣和經驗去找工作，或許是被動找工作。找工作是一個磨練心智的過程，需要在多次重複失敗中爬起來。

如果在美沒有工作經驗，可能要從比較低點幹起，你有工科和運營管理的文憑，有很多機會，加油！

先找到方向和切入點。

我的經曆供你參考，共勉！

我第一次找工作，每次麵試時，我的先生有時請假，有時從公司溜出來，照顧孩子，這樣持續了3個月，我找到工作，才安排孩子進托管中心。

後來一邊工作，一邊讀MBA，MBA畢業後，找到了一份SCM的管理職位，工作不到一年，由於壓力太大，精神有點抑鬱，改做一份part - time工作,也是給自己一個閉關的機會。

在最近幾個月，我也把我的簡曆放到網上，有人找我，我也會主動投一些簡曆，在最初由於精神抑鬱，很沒有自信，很少的幾次麵試，很不好。暫停一個月，每天運動，看心理學方麵的書，把自己的情緒管理好，進入一個全職的工作狀態中，準點起床，化妝，穿上正裝，寫好當天的計劃，如瀏覽多少個招聘廣告。

再加時間管理，控製說話的語速和節奏，主動打電話給一些HR和Hunter。自信又回來了。最近幾周，每周都有麵試，但我不是為了找工作而找工作，我按我的標準去選。

高興起來，該過節就過節，不要因為工作而影響生活。work is for life or life is for work? Pls ask yourself and find your interst.

One story to share with you in interview,

Hiring manager said:

"you are great,you obtained MBA degree while you worked as a purchasing manager at so high presure environment.Tell me something how you handled it."

This is tricky trap. If you followed on her frame, you will be killed. She observed your priotities ability, manage skill and MBA backgroud as well.

My answer；Yes, I managed the tight schedule to ensure work and study well. I am a multi-taksed person. I started by defining priotities,such as ------- 

Herewith I would like to remind you: your cv should tell hiring manager you are not only confident to study, but olso more confident to work. You can be humble start at their company, contrubute your passion there. You are the perfect person they are looking for.
