老板 takes Credit

今天老板組織討論解決某大難題。期間一同事一語中的，老板趕緊記下，並說：Let me write it down. Turn your idea into my idea - standard management practice! 

下次如果你不服老板 take your credit，希望記得這句話。 :-)
