怎麽選retirement plan?

公司有兩種,一種是pension plan(DB),政府員工的那種.根據工作年限和salary決定退休金,但要求5年的vest service,company contribut X% salary, and employee contribute 5% salary per year,一種是savings plan(DC),401K,公司每年contribute 7.5% salary,不從員工薪水扣錢

 

哪種好,我知道第一個風險小,但要5年vest service,401K 7.5%的夠嗎?
