且聽我慢慢道來:a few weeks ago, this hiring manager asked for my resume to update his talent pool, so I sent one but didn't know he was actually looking for people, I also have known him for many years through the conferences and local group meetings. Last week, the company HR contacted me for phone interview and was told to prepare for onsite. By then, I realized the hiring manager applied this job for me, so I called him and he told me he put my CV to the system after he got my resume because he thought it's a perfect match, and he asked me if I was interested in the opening position, I said I was not early looking for jobs, but I was open to new opportunities.
