看到壇子裏的問題,鬥膽給各位建議一個思路。在你沒有更好答案的時候, 可以考慮試一試.
(1) Research your job requirements. ID the top 3 skills required.
(2) ID top skills/expertise you have that are related to requirements
(3) Then list the flip side of the skills/expertise as you identified above.
(4) Use the most reasonable/suitable flip side as your answer.
Examples:
(1) Mid- to high-level jobs will require strategic thinking and global vision. The flip side of strategic thinking is lack of attention to details and transaction level nuanses.
(2) If you are a technical person, and the job is technical, then say that while you are proud of your technical expertise and track record, you have in large part ignored the managerial side of the career development while you were busy delivering results for your prior/current company. Therefore your weakness is managing people. Make sure that your new job does not require management responsibilities.
I think you get the idea. The key thinking is that all good things come at a price. The price is the weakness you will use as your answer.
So a BMW X5 is a good car. Strength, right? But it may be too expensive.
Please remember that I only give you a framework. you still have to apply it to your own situation to make it credible.
Hope it helps. Your mileage may vary.
