But you have the control of your talk. You should let them know WHAT YOU CAN DO, but not get into the details on how you did it. When someone persist asking the details, just tell him directly you don't want to talk about it.
Talking too much details does not help you at all. My boss once wanted me to interview someone, and I did get along with my boss very well at that time. One candidate talked too much details about his pervious work. I talked to HR that the candidate have disclosed too much of his previous company information, and interview was terminated right away.
