B has replied, after I speak with their VP this afternoon, they will make decision as quickly as possible this week.
I haven't signed the offer letter from A yet. Actually when they made the original offer yesterday, they made the start date on 10/31, I negotiated it to 11/7, so they are still working on the final offer letter, will be ready today. I don't know the offer expiration date yet, but usually companies allow a couple of days for you to make a decision. Hopefully it won't be expired until the end of the week :)
