麵試兩個月沒音信的，肯定沒戲了。但是，由於你的follow-up很出色，他們又把大門再次向你打開。Well done!

這是一個非常成功的 thank-you note 影響了招聘過程的案例。簡單地從網上找個例子，copy/paste發出去，就是馬馬虎虎的應付，寫跟不寫沒有區別。結合麵試過程，強調自己的strength, 以及對不足之處進行彌補，這樣的thank you note是抄不到的，隻能自己用心去寫, then the reader would be impressed by your enthusiasm and dedication.
