This job is very good in terms of technologies, relationship, my boss is also very supportive, the only drawback is that work/life balance is not that terrific, but should be better after we finish the system transition phase. I setup all the systems here, they are like my babies, it is so hard for me to left them behind.
The other one has great benefit package and should offer me better work/life balance, but I am not sure about the relationships, some of the technology I am not that familiar... the boss is not handsome...
