Be sure know how to answer TELL ME ABOUT YOURSEWLF.

Be sure understand every line on the jos description and every line on your resume. Knowing how to explain it in your owne word.

Interview process is a selling process, you have only one goal: successfully sell yourself.

Job interview is a business talk, it is not a 學雷鋒. Therefore: Only say the word the interviewer want to hear. I have detailed explanation about this point in last Wendesday's weekly meeting. Please listen the record if you have not.
