Forget DBA job now, it is remote if you do not have DATA experience.

Forget SAS now, it is remote if you know nothiong about Database.
Start from the basic, focus on gain skill.

Ignore the certificate. Certificate just show people you are a Jr...

Focus on gain marketable skill, learn how to market your skill through professional taking.

Many people successfully did that, you can do the same for sure if you follow the right way.
